URBAN TROPICAL MINIMALISM
Kiran House is a contemporary urban residence that exemplifies refined sophistication through a bold interplay of materials and geometry. Anchored in a palette of natural stone, textured concrete, and sleek glass, the design offers a clean yet commanding presence.
Vertical fins and deep façade recesses accentuate the elevation, adding rhythm and depth while optimizing privacy and shading.
Generous balconies with transparent glass railings extend the indoor experience outward, creating visual lightness and connection with the greenery that envelopes the structure. The landscape is thoughtfully integrated at multiple levels—from ground plantings to terrace gardens—softening the hardscape and enhancing the overall spatial harmony.
The entrance is understated yet striking, with a recessed wooden door framed in stone and surrounded by lush vegetation, setting a calm and composed tone for the home. A large tree frames the site naturally, casting filtered light across the façade and enriching the house’s relationship with its context.
Kiran House is not only a residence but an expression of architectural intent—crafted for urban living, attuned to its environment, and layered with understated elegance.
